“The Crow keeps a ledger, and we are all in it.”
They sailed south under Onogal’s eye to collect what was owed Him — a tithe of plunder and plague-dead, promised and long unpaid. Through a broken oath they failed to take it, and the Crow does not forgive a debt; He collects it. The storm He sent did not blow them off course so much as aim them: south past every friendly shore, down the Black Gulf, until the longship Drowned Crow broke her back on the rocks near Aldium and the sea took her whole. Those He still had use for crawled from the surf coughing brine and feathers, the rot already blooming beneath their skin — drowned men not permitted to return home until the ledger is paid in full, in plunder and in blood.

Hárek the Drowned · Chieftain / Leader
145 gold crowns
Onogal would not let him die, and he has not thanked Him for it. He came up last from the wreck, lungs full of seawater and crows. He leads with the barbed whip he once broke his hounds with — and the hounds, at least, still obey.

Vékell Crow-Tongue · Seer / Wizard
48 gold crowns
He speaks for the bird, and the bird will speak to anything. He read the debt in a gull’s split belly, then walked into the wild and came back with a warherd at his heel. He kneels to no single god — only to Chaos entire.

Eyvind Twin-Fang · Champion
75 gold crowns
Quick, vain, aggrieved. He kept both blades and most of his face through the wreck, and takes the slow ruin of the latter as a personal insult. Kills beautifully. Complains without pause.

Ormarr the Hewer · Champion
75 gold crowns
Says little, swings late, ends things. His two-handed axe stands taller than most men, and he is content to let the enemy strike first — few manage a second blow.

Refkell the Forsworn · Condemned
55 gold crowns
His broken oath sank them, and the Crow keeps him as a warning: remade hour by hour so no reaver forgets what an oath is worth — a living apology no one accepts. Even the Crows give him room.

Refkell’s body mutates without rest. His WS, S, T and A are rolled afresh whenever they are needed — once each turn.
Special Rules
Inconsistency: Roll WS, S, T, and A separately at the start of each turn; the values persist for that turn only.
Causes Fear: Refkell’s unnatural mutations cause fear in enemy models.

The Reavers & the Herd
What remains of the Drowned Crow’s reavers still swings hammer and axe, too salt-rotted to feel the cold. Behind them lopes the warherd Vékell bought, and the Crow’s drowned hounds — mangy things that answer to Hárek’s lash.
